_{everything that holds him down, he will cast away; his mercy, his kindness, his love for knowledge and family, torn off until only the core is left, eternal hellish engine of pure, mathematical fury; the sharp twist of his lips, his eyes that carry over the land and skies, seeing the very fabric of reality as it is woven, his jaw that tenses as if ready to open in a howl, all stitched together to form a supreme being, and they all underestimated him, did not expect him to leave such a cruel imprint on the world}

_{the gods always said that to bring forth ruin is to sin, and that killing leaves you forever shackled to the corpse of guilt, but they misread his nature; destruction has made a king of him, more dangerous now that he is not tied down to a domain or a castle, but only to his principles and those he keeps safe, cramped inside the space where his morality should be; everyone fears him because he is incandescent, can burn down all like a supernova, but his shine also blinds them to the fact that they have sold their souls for a chance at becoming as lions; instead of following the Valar like sheep, they follow Fëanor, but at least now they get to choose their poison; and so, he is unbearably beloved, with fear and blood, dust, fire, home and battlefield, all hopelessly twisting like vines under his skin and shining in his eyes with a furious intensity that leaves the elves trembling}

• CTRL+SHIFT+ESC is the one handed version of CTRL+ALT+DEL
• Don’t brush your teeth hard, it makes them sensitive and removes enamel.
• Don’t like spiders? Put citronella oil on your walls and they will not go there.
• Drink one glass of water for every alcoholic drink you have, you’ll get drunk without getting a hangover.
• Get clear ice cubes by boiling water before freezing it

• When microwaving bread products/pizza put a glass of water in with it, it will keep your bread from going spongy.
• When you move into a new place you’re renting, take pictures of any and all damage, then post them on facebook (privately if preferred) so you can use the reference date as proof you didn’t do it.
• When searching plane tickets online delete your cookies prior, prices go up when you visit a site multiple times.

(I know I’m not supposed to respond but re: headcanon meme I’VE BEEN WANTING TO DO IT SO BAD but idk I feel like everyone is so knowledgeable and creative and eloquent and I just have this perpetual sense of vague cluelessness so I don’t know how they would turn out and I’m afraid they’ll end up sounding dumb so I’m sort of just stuck with multiple word docs on my computer of things I wrote when I was having a lot of feelings but don’t really want to post because idk how they’ll be taken

but this makes me feel a lot better so thank you!!

I’m definitely going to do it eventually but maybe I’ll start sooner rather than later :’) )
